800-1200 PE Gas and Water supply Pipe Extrusion Line
800-1200 PE pipe production machine can produce800\900\1000\1100 and 1200mm pipe diameter,  the maximum extrusion capacity 1000kg / h.

The components of 800-1200 HDPE pipe production machine: control system, extruder, head,  sizing and cooling system, tractor, cutting device and the stacker. Each production line has two extruders: one extruder adopts strength delivery lining and high efficiency screw, the other is used for extrusion mark line.

The extrusion line can be used for the production of large diameter PE water supply pipe which has non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, easy connection, small flow resistance, high toughness, excellent flexibility, longer service life, anti-aging, weatherability and so on. And the finished pipe is widely used in the buried or surface water supply pipes within 45, replacing galvanized steel pipes, cast iron pipes, cement pipes.
