SJ180/33 water supply pipe machine adopts a screw with barriers and mixing head, the new grooved barrel and high efficiency extruder used for the production of HDPE, PP pipe, which has good plasticizing, excellent mixing, large extrusion output and stability. Accompanied by a different drive motor power, the SJ180/33 PE pipe extruder can achieve different output, suitable for the production of 630-1200mm pipe.

The running and time of SJ180/33 water supply pipe extrusion plant applies PLC program control which provides a good man-machine interface and all process parameters can be set and displayed via a touch screen. The production line is equipped with dedicated extruder with tag line, used for the production of color line pipe according to national standards.
