ASA-PVC Glazed Roofing Tile Production Line consists of mixer, extruders, distributor, machine die, two roller calendar, caterpillar shaping machine, cutter, stacker etc. It can continuously extrude colorful ASA/PVC glazed roofing tiles. 

This line can produce double-layer and three-layer PVC glazed tile sheet by just changing some parts of the production line. It also consists of thermo press machine, which can help produce the Top ridge tile, oblique ridge tile, Tee joint, and end tile.
