It has good product quality which combines the flatness of crust foaming and low density of free foaming equipments; the surface hardness of board is between the one of skinning foaming process and the one of free foaming process. In addition, the investment cost of the equipments is also low, which is near the level of free foaming machine and good for market promotion.
